Where is my order shipping from?
We ship all orders from Hamilton, Ontario!
Do you ship outside of Canada?
We ship to both the USA and Canada. We may expand our shipping destinations as we grow as a brand. Stay tuned!
Where is my order?
All orders come with a tracking number which you can find in your shipping confirmation email. If you're still having trouble locating your order, please feel free to reach out to us at hello@keeperkids.ca
Where can I find my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are sent in all shipping confirmation emails.
Sizing & Care
Where can I find size information?
All sizing information is listed on our product pages within the product descriptions. All pieces are unisex, and will traditionally be considered "male" sizing.
How should I care for my product?
We suggest washing all garments inside out, in a cold water cycle, and hanging to dry.
For all dishware, we suggest hand washing.
Try your best to give all your KeeperKids pieces as much outside time as possible! Our garments are made to explore in.

What is your return policy?
We're sorry you're not happy with your order!
Give us a shout at hello@keeperkids.ca within 5 business days of receiving the item(s) and we’ll make it right!

Pre-Order
What is a pre-order?
When conducting a pre-order, we gather all our customer's orders during a small window of time, and once all orders have been placed we begin production. At KeeperKids we do this in an effort to not over-produce and keep out environmental footprint as small as possible.
Pre-ordered products have timelines and shipping dates listed within the product descriptions on the left hand side of the product page. Please review these before placing your order.
